Lorna Inniss is Head IOC-UNESCO Regional Secretariat for IOCARIBE. She has more than 30 years of high-level experience in working with Small-Island Developing States (SIDS) around the globe, to support ocean and coastal sustainability, while working to improve national economic and social growth.
