Larry B. Crowder is Edward Flanders Ricketts Professor of Marine Ecology and Conservation, Hopkins Marine Station, Stanford University. He started the first course in Marine Conservation in 1997 at Duke University Marine Lab and Co-Edited the first textbook in Marine Conservation in 2005 (Norse and Crowder. 2005.
