Mina Gorji is Associate Professor of English at the University of Cambridge and fellow of Pembroke College. She has written about the poetics of place in John Clare’s poetry, and her first poetry collection, Art of Escape (Carcanet Press, 2020), explores migration at different scales. In her collection Scale (Carcanet Press, 2022), adapting to the cold of a new continent opens a chromatic investigation of feeling across time and space.
