| Long abstract | For every nation, forward development is a prerequisite for national prosperity. For any nation aspiring to achieve economic growth and sociocultural advancement, development must constitute a central priority within its national agenda. Conventionally, a country is considered “developed” when it attains the capacity to ensure a high quality of life for its citizens. However, merely prioritising development in rhetoric is insufficient; meaningful progress demands pragmatic, resource-conscious strategies that effectively leverage both human capital and natural endowments. |
