Rosalie Stolz is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Cologne where she leads the project Construction Pioneers: Building Innovation in Upland Northern Laos. In her research, she focuses on house transformations in mainland Southeast Asia and beyond. She is the author of the book Living Kinship, Fearing Spirits (NIAS Press, 2o21) and co-editor of the volume Houses Transformed (Berghahn, 2024).
