| Long abstract | This article explores the relationship between the principle of the best interests of the child on the one hand and the right to education in the digital environment on the other hand. It presents and provides a comparison of national and international legal frameworks regarding the best interests of the child and the right to education. The main objective of the article is to identify and analyse the advantages as well as the disadvantages of the digitalization of education, taking into account the conditions of the best interests of the child, for a more efficient implementation of the rights of the child in the digital environment. In addition, the article attempts to explain the impacts and consequences of the digitisation of education. The aim of the article is to analyse and present the contribution of the digital environment to the child's long-term best interests. |
