| Long abstract | Through attending to the physical and affective experience of displacement, this auto-ethnographic account examines Palestinian migration as a condition of exile. Encounters with Western bureaucratic systems, both within and beyond academic institutions, illustrate how these structures function as invisible borders that reproduce racialized non-belonging and create a persistent condition of perpetual delay. |
