(author)Guilherme Machado holds a doctorate in Film and Media Studies. He is a former member of the Graduate Research Training Program “Configurations of Film” at Goethe University Frankfurt (2019–21). His research deals with the visual culture of labor and the epistemological implications of visual techniques and technologies used to control the production and circulation of labor-related knowledge.
