The Services section introduces core service offered by Thoth Open Metadata to address common challenges faced by open access publishers. These include metadata management, distribution, archiving, DOI registration, efficient hosting of websites and catalogues, the collation and provision of usage metrics across multiple platforms, and open metadata integrations with other platforms. The list of services positions Thoth as a modular, interoperable infrastructure that can support both small and large publishers, with open APIs enabling connection to external services and custom workflows.
